Most paver restorations land between $1.50 and $4 per square foot installed, depending on condition, joint size and sealer — we confirm the exact price on site. (The page and the FAQ used to quote two different ranges; this is the union of both, pending Zach's confirmation of the real one.)
Three things move the number: the condition (how much comes out of the joints before anything goes back in), the joint size, and the sealer you pick. That is why we measure on site rather than quote a patio over the phone.
Two sand colors
Beige or slate grey, matched to your stone. The sand is what stops the weeds — the sealer is what brings the color back.

We measure and price on site
Joint size, condition and material change the number, so we look at the actual patio before quoting. Free, and you get the price in writing before anything begins.
Deep clean and strip
Surface cleaner and the right pressure for the stone — the weeds, moss and old washed-out sand come out rather than getting sealed under a new coat.
Re-sand the joints
Polymeric sand swept in full-depth and set with water so it hardens. This is the step that stops weeds and ants coming back through.
Seal and cure
Even coats, edges cut in, then left to cure. You get a walkthrough before we leave and care instructions for the first week.

Do you do paver sealing near me?
We cover all of North Jersey from Randolph — Morris, Bergen, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Hunterdon, Essex, Warren and Union Counties — and paver restoration is the work we do most. Quotes are free and on site, usually within the same week.
What is paver restoration, versus just sealing?
Sealing on its own is a coat on top. A restoration is the whole job: strip the surface and the joints, re-sand with polymeric sand so the joints lock up again, then seal. Sealing over failed joints looks fine for a season and then the weeds come back through.
How much does paver sealing cost in NJ?

What is polymeric sand and why does it matter?
Polymeric sand goes in the joints between pavers and hardens when wet. It locks the pavers in place and blocks weeds, ants and wash-out far better than regular sand.
How long does paver sealing last?
Usually 3–5 years before a re-seal, depending on traffic and sun. Sealing also brings back the color and makes the surface much easier to keep clean.
Do you clean the pavers first?
Always. We deep-clean, remove old failing sand, re-sand the joints with polymeric sand, then seal. Sealing dirty pavers just locks the dirt in — we never skip the prep.
