Dumpster pad cleaning your tenants — and your health inspector — will notice
Hot-water degreasing, sanitizing and deodorizing for dumpster pads, enclosures and drive-thru lanes across North Jersey. After-hours scheduling. Simple recurring billing.
The most-ignored spot on your property
Grease attracts pests, breeds bacteria, stains concrete and sends odor across the lot. For restaurants, it's a health-inspection line item. For property managers, it's tenant complaints. We make the pad the thing you never think about — degreased, sanitized, deodorized, on a schedule that runs itself.
Every visit includes
- Hot-water degrease of pad & enclosure
- Sanitizing treatment that kills odor at the source
- Deodorizing finish
- Drive-thru & grease-bin areas on request
- After-hours or before-open scheduling
- Photo confirmation when we're done

Dumpster pad cleaning prices
What sets your price
Every pad is quoted per visit, firm, before any work starts. Four things decide the number:
Pad size
Single-dumpster pad or a full enclosure with compactors — square footage sets the base.
Grease buildup
A maintained pad cleans fast. Years of caked grease takes hot water, degreaser and time.
Service frequency
Monthly and quarterly plans cost less per visit than one-time cleanings — buildup never gets ahead of us.
Drainage & access
Where the wash water goes matters. We capture or route it correctly so you stay compliant.
The recurring rule: a one-time cleaning is $500 flat. Put the pad on a monthly or quarterly plan and every visit is discounted from there — because buildup never gets ahead of us.

Monthly
Restaurants & food service
Grease, spills and odor never get a head start. Health-inspection ready year-round, with drive-thru lanes and grease-bin areas bundled in.
Quarterly
Retail, office & multi-family
The right rhythm for most commercial properties. Four scheduled visits a year keeps pads clean, safe and complaint-free.
One-time

Dumpster pad cleaning — straight answers
How much does dumpster pad cleaning cost?
A one-time cleaning is $500 flat. Put the pad on a monthly or quarterly plan and each visit is discounted from there — buildup never gets ahead of us, so every visit takes less time. Quotes are free and firm before any work starts.
How often should a dumpster pad be cleaned?
Monthly for restaurants and food service — grease and odor build fast. Quarterly works for most retail, office and residential complexes. If you can smell the pad from the parking lot, it's overdue.
Why can't my staff just hose it down?
Cold water spreads grease — it doesn't remove it. We use hot-water pressure washing with commercial degreasers, then sanitize and deodorize. That's what actually cuts built-up grease, kills the bacteria causing the smell, and keeps you off your health inspector's radar.
Do you clean drive-thru lanes too?
Yes. Drive-thru lanes, grease-bin areas, loading docks and sidewalks — usually in the same visit as the pad. Most food-service clients bundle them on one recurring schedule.
Will it disrupt my business?
No. We schedule after hours or before you open, work around your pickup days, and leave the area clean and dry. You won't lose a minute of service time.
